DSTV exceptional service
We moved house 2 weeks ago. DSTV installer connected our 2 Exploras for us at a cost of R3700 but since yesterday, the windy weather has really affected our signal on both tvs. When I called the installer, he said he would send someone today. They arrived and had a look and said it would cost us an extra R900 to sort out the problem. When i called the original guy, he said hes away in Limpopo for 2 weeks and we'd have to wait. We felt that we'd paid a high amount initially and today's fix shouldn't cost us any more money. I then called and went to Multichoice who were utterly amazing 👏. They said someone would either come today or tomorrow morning to sort out our problem. Huge shout out and thank you to Multichoice for their exceptional assistance and kindness and compassion 💜
