Dstv errore

I am beyond furious once again my dstv is offline. First it was their stupid app of theirs that said I didnt pay.Know my dstv is offline all channels are not working it started lastnight when I was changing to onther channel then eventually all of the channels were not working showing e16 I have switched and reset many times nothing seems to work. I am just fuming as im paying for "she at " and the customer service is pathetic zero clueless.
