DSTV ERROR Payments

I'm honestly not happy and very much disappointed with the service I'm getting from them. Last month I paid double the amount I Normally pay because they say they refunded my account for previous month of which is untrue because I use cash to pay, so I wonder where the refund goes to. They introduced this spin the wheel of happiness of which I #WIN an upgrade and the next thing they say they forgot that it was one month upgrade only so they opened it for 2 months of which is a lie also because it was opened only for 1 month. I called and promised to be assisted buy refunding my money buy putting it in my account to cover this month that was beginning of the month still they haven't done that, I've been calling I'm tired Honestly because I love their content doesn't really give them a right to exploit me.
