DSTV Error Led to Debt Collection

Good morning, Norman bissett collection called me on Friday and informed me that I owe DSTV R244. I have cancelled my DSTV from April 2022 - I have emails from DSTV to state that. I even had a debit order so DSTV could have debited me. I have called DSTV numerous times on Friday Afternoon with no success to sort the matter out. I then had to take time off work and drive to DSTV in Randburg, who informed me that this was an error and will provide a credit for the shortfall. I have now the issue of sorting the norman bissett collection. The Norman bissett collection has all my personal information and DSTV provided all my information. This is very stressful for me and I need this to be rectified ASAP.
