DSTV error E48-32

I haven't been able to watch TV for the past couple of days because of the E48-32 error. I tried contacting the DSTV call center and had the phone put down on me. The weather is fine but there's no signal. This service is pathetic.

Is this the service we are paying for monthly?

Big sporting weekend coming up and I will not be watching any TV.

DSTV are you going to do something about it or you will ignore your customers as usual?
