DSTV Eplora did not PVR Funtionality

My DSTV Explora lost its functionality on the 27 of July 2015. After numerous visits to DSTV and various promises I was beginning to lose hope that my problem was ever going to be resolve.<br> <br> On Saturday the 17th of October I visited Multichoice for the 6th time. Needless to say I was frustrated at them and their inability to get to the bottom of problem.<br> <br> Karabo promised me that she will follow up on my problem and call me back on Tuesday the 21st of October 2015 to give me update. She was the first person ever from DSTV to call me with progress and what was happening. By the evening of the same day we could enjoy the Explora functionality.<br> <br> It was great to have someone keep her promise of getting back you and also making sure that she got to bottom of my problem and took ownership of the previous errors by her colleagues.
