DSTV enriching banks

At the beginning of March, first a payment was made into my bank account by DSTV and then a short while later two debit order deductions were made. I then received an sms to state that a refund had been made. It happened in exactly that order. Why would you make a refund and then put through a double deduction? And if it was an error, why not apologise and at least refund me the bank charges for the error. Imagine, there must be 10's of thousands of subscribers at my particular bank that pay their subscriptions by debit order. Multiply 10 000 by R3,50 for the bank charge. That means that you have enriched my particular bank to the tune of R35 000. Not bad for a day's work. Now imagine if that happened, on that particular day, at any of the other banks? Please do the right thing, DSTV/Multichoice.
