As a neighbour of the new Dstv City, can dstv please explain why every light inside and outside has to be on all night on your building when the whole of Sa is suffering with land shedding?? Another question why did dstv put all noisey aircons and sdiesen ommitions on their building when they are 8 meters away from a residential area and Why did they take away all privacy from these neighbours...who is watching big brother
