DSTV Employees and Management are letting down their company

I called DSTV after upgrading to find out why a certain channel was not available. The lady that answered said to me she could not assist because they were offline. I asked her to take my details down and she said she cannot. After asking to speak to her manager she said her team leader will call me back when they were on line. This was on the 7th September. It is now the 11th and no call. But please don't bother now, I will Netflix soon and have no need for the DSTV premium package..
