Dstv email ad ****

On the 19th of January 2024,I received an email from Dstv with a special that stated "Stream Dstv for 3 months for only R59 once-off" which I clicked on the link in the email on the 20th of Jan and subscribed. We watched Dricus du Plessis fight the Sunday morning on the 21st. Over the past weekend I logged on to Dstv and saw that my subscription is cancelled and it stated I must pay R85.39 in order to subscribe again. I logged onto live chat and chatted to someone who didn't really want to help but would've Escalated it. I had to delete products from my side according to this agent which I did. It didn't update immediately and I was told to try again later. I gave it until the next day and tried again,still the same. Back to live chat again where I had to explain again but this agent was more helpful. She would've Escalated it and would've been sorted and she picked up that I must just pay in R3.19. I paid the minimum of R19.95. I checked yesterday, still not sorted. I spoke to another agent again but also not helpful,would've Escalated it too. Today I checked again,still not sorted. It seems Dstv is ****ming people out of money with false advertising. If there is a competent person at dstv at all,could they please rectify this problem and provide what was paid for as per the advert. I have screenshots of all the chats too.
