DSTV either signed me up or were complicit in sharing information including Bank details

I have a major complaint against DSTV and a company called On Air TV with whom they have a very close association and with whom they shared my personal details including my Bank details! How is this even allowed? For 4 years I have been paying for a service I did not request and had no knowledge of. On Air TV claim DSTV subscribed me to this service!! I have this in writing from On Air. DSTV claims they did not, but do not deny giving my personal details to On Air TV. (including bank details!) On Air TV promised to escalate this to check on whether they had authority to debit my account, but now don't even respond to my emails. DSTV wants to wipe their hands of the problem, saying they aren't getting the money, even though they knowingly supp**** my details to this company without my permission. I cancelled my DSTV subscription 2 years ago, but R165.00 has continued to be debited from my account every month since then by On Air Tv. This is *****! I never signed up for it, and never agreed to my details being shared with On Air Tv. Does anyone know if I can go to the Small Claims Court? Or is there anyone else that has been **********, and we can take them to court as a class action?
