DSTV
I took up a " Price Lock" offer with DSTV on 2nd December 2019 as part of their Black Friday offer.
Despite sending repeated requests , DSTV acknowledge the agreement but refuse to honour the contract - they have not delivered a decoder nor have they installed a satellite dish.
DSTV service levels are atrocious.

04 Feb 2020, 19:34Your " apology " is neither sincere , nor is it accepted - more than 2 months after conclusion of the agreement , please advise :
1. What exactly is being " investigated " ?
2. What " more information " are you seeking ?
I'll wait to see how this matter turns out - then the South African public will be informed , via the Hello Peter public site , of the quality ( ? ) of your service.
