I would like to have given no Star but unfortunately this site does not allow no stars.

Being a client of Multichoice now DSTV for more than 30 years and only ever needed them on 2 occasions both occasions were a nightmare, no service at all and no follow ups, lies being told by different call center agents, then we want to cancel our upgrade as we are not getting the service we require, the team leader of the department for new services without even an argument or a response to the lousy service we received or to say let me look into what happened and why you want to cancel the service. How do people do business without a mission and a vision. Totally appalled with DSTV.
