Hello Peter. I have been billed more with DStv MultiChoice, I tried talking to them but they keep on telling me there was an error on my account and they will rectify it

Kindly be advised that your account was incorrectly credited with an amount of R829.00 in the month of April. Our Finance Department picked up the error and rectified the problem by reversing the amounts that were credited incorrectly.
According to our, we received a short payment in the month of June. This was due to the incorrect credit that was in your account.
Please note that the amount was debited on this month’s Debit Order.
