DSTV E38-32
Most of the channels on my dstv is not running E38-32 the decoder is fine the account is paid up to date the channels that sjow me this error is Kyk&K and the Super Sport channels and sending dstv emails is not working. This was never a problem but in the last few months I have been stuggling with this

24 May 2018, 14:32Hi I have taken my decorder to be tested and everything is working on my decorder I have also let the guys check my connections on my dish and everything is in order. Still I am getting this that the channels are not running and it has now been every month from the 21 of every month send me the signal please
