Dstv E143. No resolution for 2 months

If i could give no stars i would. There has been no resolution to an error code i have been receiving on my extra view. It has been working fine before and now every day I would have to disconnect and reconnect my extra view. I have been having this problem for 2 months now and has been working fine before that for years only to be told that there is a fault with my instalation and they do not have the command of E143. If i do not have it fixed within this day i will take it further as a R1000 for no service is theft!!!!
