My uncle who is a pensioner was offered the pricelock deal and then a faulty decoder was brought and he was advised to take it to the dstv agency to exchange it. He went to the jabulani mall dstv agency branch and he was told he needed to pay R402 for the decoder to be replaced, despite DSTV having brought a faulty decoder in the first place.
