DSTV *****e from us THE POOR

I responded to DSTV's advert of R199.00 pm 50GIG it es 25G day and 25G nite in my busy time an tired that I am only getting 25Gig in total. I went to enquire and the lady at DSTV Secunda inform me that I am getting 50Gigs total for R199.00pm. It is is in that time,about two weeks ago that I couldn't get into the rooter,with message that I am using a wrong password. I tried several times untill yesterday that I took the rooter to DSTV Secunda. Again I was shown data ie nite data of total 75GB of which I never had access to this data. This means that DSTV stole from me for more then three months and when I dispute this,they informed me that I will be paying a fine. It is when I became very upset and asked them how could they have the obesity to want to give me fine if they never adhere to their part of the agreement. I told the DSTV Secunda that I'm done with them and am going to my absa bank to return the money that they just got from my account. I went and I got my R199 back . The bank advise me to watch my account if DSTV will take my money from my account. I will do so and return it via my bank app. How can companies like DSTV be so shroud to ***** from the public and especially from the elderly? I am 68yrs old and getting SASSA grant .
