<div>So due to financial reasons my wife canceled our dstv subscription via a telephone call on the 14th of October. The lady said it will be disconnected on the 1st of November as you pay for the month you watch. My wife also confirmed that they stop the debit order on their side which the lady said that she must not worry she will cancel it. We live in south africa.... The in competency capital of the world and the complete opposite happened. They switched off the dstv on the 1st of November and the debit order went off........ How *********** can one company be. I would like someone to phone me to switch on&nbsp; dstv seeing as we paid for november!!!!!!</div>
