DSTV dubious business ethics

January 2024 and the dubious business ethics are still continuing unabated. Just to refresh everyone's memory, my original intention was to watch the the Rugby World Cup as a once off event and since then, after an initial amount of R500, DSTV is deducting every month an additional amount of R99 from my bank account on the pretext that is an "online purchase". Despite promises that I will be called "in a few days" to resolve it , this issue is now dragging on for months and DSTV is happily pocketing this consumer's hard earned money. This morning I had to apply for a new bank account to prevent DSTV to deduct money from my account.
