DSTV... DSTV... DSTV...

About 10 days ago I lodged a complaint on Hellopeter about DSTV advertising on their website that one can order a copy of any aired program from them. When I tried to order one episode of Pandjieswinkelstories, they quoted me R615 for the 45 minute long program, which is ridiculous! No person in their right mind would pay that for one episode. In response to my Hellopeter complaint, Nesta Prior of DSTV emailed me as follows: \These programmes are not commercially available and therefor the extra cost."Yet DSTV commercially advertise this service on their website. I answered Nesta by e-mail as follows: \""But according to the Consumer Rights Act suppliers are not permitted to market goods/services at prices that are unfair. Suppliers are also not permitted to mislead consumers in respect of pricing of goods advertised if such goods are not actually available for purchase. And suppliers are obliged to include limitations in respect of availability of goods when advertising.\"" She did not even have the decency to reply!!! And this is a week later... I am posting this on Hellopeter"
