DSTV dropping CNN?
Yesterday I got blocked from viewing CNN without any prior notice. Even their website has it listed as part of their Access, Family and Compact packages. What’s worse is that the agents I spoke to all confirm that CNN is still part of the listed packages. The last one told me that they have a “broadcasting issue” so it should return sometime. Having now upgraded multiple times, CNN is still not available for any of the packages I listed.
What is going on at Multichoice? I would appreciate it if someone can provide clear and advance communication on changes to their product offerings. And perhaps even keep their website updated with these changes.

CNN International is available on DStv Compact, Compact Plus, and Premium. The channel was temporarily added to DStv Family.
Kindly note that you have an option to upgrade to DStv Compact and downgrade on your payment date.

I called you call center and managed to activate the Compact package and CNN is available.
Call center agent though was still unaware which packages included CNN so maybe put better work into this.
