On the 18 December 2016 my husband who had a 24 months contract with DSTV DPP passed away. I then went to the DSTV customer care centre in N1 Cape Town, on the 15th January 2017 to report the matter and to mainly change the contract from my late husband's name to mine so that they can be able to debit frm my bank account since my husband's has been closed.

I was assured that I will be contacted as soon as communication is received from the DPP department and all my contact details where taken. I heared nothing from either party until the DSTV service got diconnected on the 19 May. I went to the customer care centre to try and resolve the issue once again. I submitted my late husband's details ( ID, death certificate, executorship letter) and shortly after that I received an email confirming that my issue has been escalated to DPP.

It's been 5 day now without DSTV no communicatio has been made by Multichoice nor DPP. I'm so disappointed by the level of customer service, as an executor of my late husband's estate I'm prepared to pay whatever monies he is owing but it seems that I'm not even given a chance to do just that. I need someone to come back to me and advise what exactly is needed for the DSTV ackage to continue....please
