Dstv downgrade
I have downgraded from dstv compact to dstv family. I got a confirmation. However, yesterday R419 was debited from my account yet I am now on dstv family. I spent the whole day trying to call dstv with no luck. I ended up driving to Benoni office only to find it not operating anymore. Dstv please sort this out.
