DSTV DOUBLE CHARGE
I have been with DSTV for over 25 years. On 1st July 2020 the double billed me an amount of R 1 835. I have called them 7 times since then. Nearly 5 months later they still have not credited me as promised but keep billing me. I had a call 4 weeks ago saying that they are sorry, will refund me and offer a discount. Every time I call them they say it needs to be escalated and they will pay me R 67. What a Joke. How many clients have they DOUBLE CHARGED hoping that they forget about it.
