Dstv dont worry about compaints on Hellopeter

<p>Dstv does not care if you complain on Hellopeter or on their FB page.all they say is we are aware of your comlaint and will give feedback soon.Weel im waiting 3 weeks for my feedback.I complained on their FB page and they said they will phone me back after I left my ID no and contact details and im still waiting.they said they will escalate the matter to the price lock team and still waiting.then they said they will escalate it again and im still waiting.It boggles my mind how a big company like that cant respond or admit that they(their employees) *****ed up.I had to take an overdraft on my account to pay other accounts because they deducted money from me.they just dont care and if they cared they would have sorted it out by now.if they respond to this message it would probably be "we acknowledge your complaint and will give feedback".</p>
