Dstv don't waste my time... Shocking...

Trying to order a new explorer.... No one calls you back... After numerous attempts got a call back.. Ordered the new decoder which was approved.. Now no one is here to do the installation on the date set out by multichoice and they have no record of my order... Again numerous phone calls at my expense and all iam told is someone will call me back....they just forgot to tell me which year cas I don't get any call backs from dstv... What a **** show... Don't even waste your time with dstv they clearly don't need our business.... I now understand why so many people are giving dstv a miss.... Horrible unhelpful people...
