Dstv don't want to open my line but i did pay

I have a problem with dstv i have paid my account but still can't view my channels i called several times they said i must send proof of payment did that still nothing called them again they've made wait onnthe line until i ran out of airtime they didn't even bother to call back im so ****ed with their poor service
