DSTV don't value customers

I found in December that my 7" Walka wasn't working anymore. I found on the internet that Multichoice has stopped the services and was offering a R500 Takealot voucher for the inconvenience. I emailed *** on 13 December 2018 regarding this. I received an auto-reply with Enquiry Reference Number: ***.

I decided to go into the N1 City branch as I never received a response from my email whereby they confirmed I'll receive a voucher number via my email.

I received nothing and followed up again on 09/01/2019, whereby I received the following reply: Reference to our telephone conversation.

We have sent a request to the relevant department for a follow-up on your voucher.

Feedback will be provided soonest. We apologize for the delay.

You may also send us your father's details for us to assist.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards, Puseletso Letlela

Again I received no further feedback and followed up on 14/01/2019 and following reply received: Dear Christo van Den Berg,

Thank you for your e-mail.

We confirm that we are still waiting for feedback once we received it we will advise you. Please accept our sincere apologies in this regard.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards, Mfaniseni Nhlapo

Yet Again, no response and on 19/01/2019, 01/02/2019 & 13/02/2019 my father who's query was lodged together with mine ask what the latest is. We received absolutely no response.

On 08/03/2019 I emailed Dstv that I'm not satisfied with the delay in getting my enquiry resolved, by which I received the following reply: Dear Christo van den Berg,

Thank you for contacting MultiChoice.

It was a pleasure assisting you even under the circumstances. Thank you for taking my call earlier and thank you for your patience.

Please be advise that MultiChoice is currently investigating the delay of the R500 Takealot Coupon to you, so please bear with us, and we would like you to rest assured that we are doing our utmost to rectify the situation so that you are never inconvenienced in this manner again.

We do apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard.

Kind regards, Salome Mojapelo

And once AGAIN nothing, no feedback whatsoever.

On 03/07/2019 I came across this again and realised this has to date not been resolved, whereby I enquired. I received a new reference number as ***. The reply I received was as follows: Dear DStv customer,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and it’s our pleasure to assist with your query.

Please note that communication on the DStv Walka deal discontinuation was sent in October 2018. Please note that the Takealot coupon deal is no longer available.

If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,

Lesedi Sefa

I then rep**** as follows stating this enquiry is long coming and still unresolved.

I received the same response as last: Dear DStv customer,

Thank you for the email Apologies for the inconvenience caused. The DStv Walka deal discontinuation was sent in October 2018. Please note that the Takealot coupon deal is no longer available

Kind regards,

Kgabo Glen Maano

This is not about the R500 Takealot Coupon anymore, but the principle that there is absolutely no customer service delivery from DSTV and that they don't value their customers.
