DSTV don’t pay us back for insurance that they subtracted incorrectly
On 26 October 2018 a pricelog package was installed at my house and DSTV charged me for insurance without clearing it with me. DSTV acknowledged the fault but they do not pay the Monday back. I was overcharged by approximately R 200 per month?
