Dstv don't keep their promises

I think 1 star is still to much to rate their poor service. My multichoice has been suspended. I payed the amount owing. 2 days later 27/11/19 still no connection. I phoned Dstv. Spoke to someone, they said they can't assist because the account says upgrade pending they will escalate it and in 48hours it will work. Phoned on the 30th again said my dstv is still not working they said they will escalate it again. I asked why if they already did it. They cut me off after 30min. Had to phone again and explain everything again. Again they promised to escalate and it will work in 48hours. Phoned on the 4th. Explained everything again. No one can assist. Now the team leader will fix it. This is the absolute worst service ever. I phone every time after their promise did not happen. Until now my account is inactive.
