DSTV DONT HAVE ANY REMORSE

I called DSTV to downgrade they are telling me that I can’t downgrade as am on contract. They advise me to settle my plan amount of R1,134 before i can do it. Told them am having a financial constraint so they don’t understand I have been with DSTV since 2009 till now
