Dstv don,t care about their customers

Dstv doesn't care about their customers, l wrote a review lastweek ,you will recall they haven't help me or reply either, concerning my dstv l was disconnected while l.m on contract with them using depit order payment ,that they have to deduct the money on my account l always have money on my account they fail to do they job disconnected my dstv and charged me cancelation fee. I ask them they said they couldn't do it maybe it was network, so l want to know from them why must l pay cancelation fee,well that's just not good enough.
