DStv don't care about their customer's

DStv is useless when it comes to helping their customer's but quick to cut customer's services they changed my payment method from debit order to cash payment with out my consent they know what this country is going threw with this covid19 pandemic but they not worried DStv must get better people to deal wit customer care
