DStV Don't care about their clients satisfaction

DSTV, did not respond or try to resolve the matter as promised to respond privately,there is no such,the only thing thing they did is to as their debt collectors to harass me with smses to collect the triple amount that they themselves know and have acknowledged that they billed me incorrectly and will reverse the amount,this means I should also get my lawyer on standby since the threats are getting worse and they are at fault
