DSTV DONT CARE

On 29 January 2016 i overpaid multichoice by R 7290. On 30th January Spoke to Monoko Makgoka who advised me to send my husband's account details as he is the account holder. By the 17th Feb still no refund, spoke to Nokwazi Mhlungu who asked me to send my bank statement - i did that. On 2 March 2016 Moeti Rammoneng gave me a list of documents needed to claim the refund - still no refund. 12 March 2016 spoke to Joshua Rammutla who asked me to resend the documents that were sent to Moeti. Around the 14th spoke to another consultant (forgotten name) who told me that my refund has been approved will get it before the 18th Mach. Today 22 March still no refund and i spoke to Priscilla Moroke who told me to resend the documents i have already sent to journalescallations. <br> <br> Multichoice must please refund the credit amount on our account either to my husband's/ my account that they have. my money cant be accumulating interest for them while i am paying more interest on accounts i cannot pay due to this.<br> <br> they cant keep our money for the service they have not rendered to us.
