Dstv don't care about sales

<p>I contacted a dstv agent to help me with my xtra view, this was resolved and then they asked me if I woulkd be interestred in an explora promotion. I said fine an agent can phone me. On Friday - 3June and agent contacted me and i said that I would like to purchase the xplora on promotion. The agent then accessed my account and said that they cannot process the 'deal' as my account was in arrears. I was shocked to hear that the outstanding amount was 33 cents. Really now - you are willing to lose a R2000 plus deal because of a mere 33 cents. I am not even sure how this came about as I pay the amount owed every month. Seems like they have enough sales and not interested in more.</p>
