DSTV doing unauthorized debit orders on customers bank accounts
Dstv took R1407.00 off my bank account when asked to reverse the transaction due to it been incorrect and unauthorized as I make EFT payments for DSTV because I don't always have it playing. They send a email asking me for proof of payment for the amount they debit off my bank account. I want this matter resolved soon are will contact my legal advisor with regards to ***** as I didn't give dstv permission to debit my account.
