DSTV Doesn't want to refund my money after service cancellation

I cancelled my services in July 2019 and have been waiting for my refund of R1379. They keep on telling me insufficient support documentation. I spoke to two agents *** (on 31 July 2019) and *** (22 Aug 2019), whom I sent my ID copy and bank statements to but they never uploaded the documents to their system even though they confirmed that they received my email. I also sent the documents to *** (***) on 16 Aug 2019 after speaking one of the call center supervisors but Venecia in finance never rep**** back to me to assist me. I also sent the documents to *** (***) today but I doubt they will help. I am really frustrated by this level of service.
