DSTV doesn't want to refund me, it's a dishonest entity

I requested for a refund from DSTV on 3 December 2023 but up to now I have not yet received the refund. This is my second review here & nothing has changed. Someone called me on 2 January 2024 but nothing was done. I have spoken to more than 10 DSTV consultants & each time I asked to submit the same documents that I submitted MANY times before. In fact, whenever I contact them, I am made to restart the same process. So how many times should I sent the same documents to the same company??? Until when? more than a month asking for a refund??

DSTV is a very disorganised company and the consultants are clearly ***********. The so-called Finance Department doesn't even contact the customer to update the customer why the refund is delayed or denied.
