DSTV doesn't want customers

DSTV doesn't want customers shem. I used to have a Premium streaming subscription which I cancelled some months ago. I have been trying to get assistance to now get Compact streaming for about 2 months with no luck. The chat agents say they can't assist and the website will not allow me to "buy" a Compact subscription - the only option is to reconnect Premium which I don't want.
