DSTV doesn't value their customer.
I have been over paying my account for a premium for more than 3 years and have had this account from 2011. today as I was about to pay they have blocked my account and when i call in they say that over payment was covering for access for stop and rewind PVR whatsoever. you would pay for such when you offered a decoder with those options. i have been told i am also paying Showmax subscription which is part of premium for free. you really showed me today that you do not value your customer. i have asked to be contacted by the manager till now nothing has happened.

Access fee R120.00 (this fee allows you to gain access to the PVR functionalities, pause, rewind, catchup etc)
***Do note that Access fee is not compulsory, you can choose to disconnect it, however, your decoder would not have access to the functionalities stated above.
We do confirm that we do not charge you for Showmax as it is added to your DStv bill at R0.00 amount.
