DSTV doesn’t refund
I requested a refund from DSTV on 3 December 2023. Since then l have spoken to 8 Consultants all telling me different stories. DSTV doesn’t do refunds, they just keep inventing excuses for not refunding. Such a **** of a company:

04 Jan 2024, 12:26Today is the 4th of January. On the 2nd, a DSTV Consultant called around 7pm and promised to fast-track my refund and call back… He never called again.
Today l spoke to another Consultant… And the consultant requested documents that l have been sending since 3 December.
It’s clear DSTV doesn’t do refunds but pretends that they do refund. And complaining here doesn’t make them do better.
Just putting it here, but l don’t need a call from DSTV. Simply tired of the unending lies and excuses.
