Dstv doesn't give a damn about complaints

Logged a complaint last week on a matter that has been going on since around March and took a number of resolved calls.

Someone from dstv called, I asked them to call at an appropriate and suitable time. They called at their own good time when I couldn't pick up and haven't bothered to call since.
