Dstv doesn’t care about their client

I never got such a disgusting, terrible customer service ever on Dstv. My initials are k Charlie , my subscriptions were suspended I had to call everyday to ask what is happening, also requested a change of ownership, all I was told was I will be contacted before the end of the day today. They social media doesn’t seems to care what is happening, telling me that they only see one page of form of ownership, their call center says the different thing, I’m really dissatisfied with how they handle my situation, it’s been months having these difficulties with DStv
