DSTV DOES NT CARE ABOUT COMPETITION WINNERS !!!

Im an existing Subscriber (177 , but also won a competition of 3 months free subs and free installation in the first week on November , Since then ive been requested by Yonwaba Pangeni to send the same form 3 times already and when i ask when the installation will be done she does not respond to my emails , then i got a call from Linda Kumalo who said someone will phone me on 11/12/2017 for the installation details and guess what noone did!! So over a month now and no installation , When i took out my first sub installation was done on the same day!! Just because i won something does it means customer service is nul and void??? ********** 1

@ Dinah , Your promise was as empty as the rest of the people i spoke to for the last month and a half , You said someone would contact me yesterday , And im not suprised at all that noone has contacted me at all , Wow AMAZING!!!
