DSTV DOES NOT REFUND MY R8000

I had mistakenly transferred R8000 into my DSTV account, i called their call centre to ask for my refund, i communicated through their proof of payment email and sent everything they requested. Till this day i have not received my refund. I had sopeken to more than 11 consultants all of them pretending to be doing my refund but none did it.

Please help me get their head office number.
