DSTV does not refund monies or provide any service

This will be the third time I have used this platform in the last month.

DSTV have taken money from our bank account for a premium streaming package.

A litany of ineptitude has resulted from this payment. DSTV has not provided the service. We have requested that the monies be refunded, as well as a phone call fromthe organisation. When they finally contacted us, they noted that they would refund the monies, but were requesting assistance from FNB to trace the money that they took from the account.

We were promised an email confirming this. Nothing has occurred. We were promised that the monies be refunded. Nothing has occurred.

Clearly only legal action is the only resort now. Shocking handling of peoples money. Shocking service overall.

A significant disappointment. Negative star reviews should be an option for this so-called organisation
