DSTV does not keep by there statement nor to their promises

I'm still waiting for DSTV so send me my voucher for the walka service that they disconnected.Everytime when I phone the customer care line the operater advise me that they are busy with it and they will send me an email.

It has been now 3 months without any feedback or voucher.When DSTV wanted the monthly contribution they did not wait for there money.
