DSTV does not deliver Explorer Special

I have ordered their Explorer special 3 weeks ago and followed up constantly. Everytime I phone there is a diffrent story as to why it has not been delivered. My credit check was done and approved but no delivery. I phone them regularly to check and the call centre seems to be clueless
